Refund Policy


At Olivia & Parker Los Angeles (oliviaparkerlosangeles.com), customer satisfaction is important to us. If you wish to return an item, please review the conditions and procedure outlined below.

Return Conditions

  • A return request may only be submitted after the item has been physically delivered.

  • Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer, including any applicable shipping or customs fees.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with all original tags attached.

  • Trying on an item for fit is permitted. Extended wear or use is not permitted.

  • We do not accept returns for items intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Procedure

  • You must notify us of your return request by email at support@oliviaparkerlosangeles.com within 30 days of receiving your item.

  • Once your return request has been approved, you will receive the appropriate return instructions and return address (Based in China).

  • The item must be returned at your own expense, including all shipping and any applicable customs costs.

  • We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking information.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and the condition has been approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days to the original payment method.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
